For organizations

Cohorts. Reporting. A curriculum your people will actually finish.

Schools, NGOs, workforce programmes, churches, cooperatives, employers, banks and foundations enrol groups inside eZine Trades & Business School. Facilitators run the cohort; the LMS keeps the records; a real person on our side answers the phone.

What organizations get

Six things the LMS does for a cohort.

None of these are separate products. They're capabilities of the same Study Desk your learners use — with an organization layer on top.

01 · Enrollment

Cohort and group enrollment

Enroll a class, a workforce cohort, a congregation. Learners join under your organization tenant with the pathway you selected — no per-seat setup wizard.

02 · Hierarchy

Facilitators & program managers

Student → facilitator → program manager. Facilitators see their cohort's progress; program managers see the roll-up. Roles are role-based, not user-configured.

03 · Reporting

Participation & progress

Weekly reports on logins, lessons completed, action tasks submitted, mentor threads opened, and stage-gate progress. Delivered in-app and by scheduled email.

04 · Signals

Strength & risk indicators

The report highlights cohorts and individuals doing exceptional work, and those falling behind — so facilitators can intervene early. Not a punishment tool; a pastoral one.

05 · Certificates

Certificates & verification

eZine-issued completion certificates with a public verification page. We do not use "accredited" or "university" language unless the exact claim has been independently confirmed for the specific jurisdiction and program.

06 · Fit

Custom pathways & language

Curriculum can be scoped to your priorities — e.g. Financial Management + Registration for a workforce cohort; Sales + Marketing + Customer Service for a cooperative. Language support rolls out per MID §19.

What the facilitator sees

A cohort dashboard, not a wall of dashboards.

One page. Rows for each cohort or facilitator. Weekly cadence. A representative view — not a fabricated screenshot — of a facilitator's Monday-morning read.

Sample view · Facilitator dashboard · week 6 of 12
Cohort Active this week Stage-gate
Enugu · Poultry cohort A 18 of 22 (82%) On track
Ibadan · Fashion cohort A 14 of 20 (70%) On track
Kano · Automotive cohort A 9 of 24 (38%) Needs attention
Lagos · Catering cohort B 21 of 25 (84%) On track

This is a representative view. Individual student data appears only to authorised facilitators in the same tenant. Cross-tenant visibility is enforced at the database, not at the application layer.

Who this is for

Eight audiences we design for.

Different institutions ask different questions. Each of these will get their own page as real pilots complete; today the offering is the same, and the questions we've built to answer are named honestly.

01

Schools & universities

Practical business education as a co-curricular or continuing-education offering. Cohort by class, faculty as facilitators, department heads as program managers. Certificates verifiable against the institution's records.

02

NGOs & development agencies

Livelihoods programmes, women's economic empowerment, youth enterprise pipelines. Program-manager reporting matches your grantor's participation and outcome KPIs where possible.

03

Government workforce programmes

Skills-to-enterprise pipelines and post-training entrepreneurship tracks. Procurement-friendly reporting and certificates suitable for line-ministry evidence packs.

04

Churches & faith-based organizations

Vocational discipleship and members' business development. Ministry-appropriate framing; the curriculum stays practical and non-doctrinal.

05

Cooperatives & trade associations

Member education as part of your value proposition — pricing, records, sales, and formalisation. Cohorts by chapter or by trade line.

06

Employers

For staff on the entrepreneurship track or for pre-departure training. Also fits enterprises supporting suppliers or franchisees moving up the value chain.

07

Banks & financial institutions

Small-business customer development, funding-readiness pipelines, and post-loan capability building. Reporting can support your credit team's engagement records.

08

Foundations & grantors

Rigorous participation reporting for grant-funded cohorts. Outcome reporting for verified milestones; strong disclaimers for anything that isn't yet verified.

Case studies

We publish only what we've verified.

Institutional case studies are being assembled as real pilots complete their reporting windows. We do not fabricate outcomes. If you're evaluating eZine for an RFP or a grant cycle and need references, ask us — we'll share what's ready to share and be explicit about what isn't.

Procurement & partnerships

Real people, real paperwork.

Purchase orders, invoicing, data-processing agreements, security questionnaires, and grant-reporting formats — we do these as any organisation should. If your procurement needs a specific line item, tell us in your demo request and we'll come prepared.

Contracting is with eZine Learning, the parent of eZine Trades & Business School.

The handoff, plainly

This page is the marketing surface. Once your organisation contracts, your teachers, principals, program managers and learners use the same Study Desk that individual learners do — with your organisation's roles and reporting layered on top. There is no separate institutional product; there's the same product with a role model your side controls.

Ready to talk? Bring your questions and your procurement checklist.

A demo is 30 minutes with a real person — no auto-play video, no funnel. Bring what you actually need to evaluate.
