Verify a certificate

Enter a certificate ID. See what's real.

eZine Trades & Business School issues its own completion certificates. This page checks one against eZine's own records. It does not verify a claim we haven't independently confirmed for a specific jurisdiction.

What a verified result means. The certificate ID matches a real record in eZine's own database. It is not a statement that eZine's programmes are accredited, recognized, or approved by any government, university or regulator — unless the specific such claim has been independently confirmed for the jurisdiction on the certificate itself.

What this page checks

Five fields, one status.

When your query matches an eZine-issued certificate, the response includes:

01

Certificate identifier

The unique ID as it appears on the certificate.

02

Learner & program name

Where the learner has consented to public display. If the learner has restricted attribution, the response shows the program and status only.

03

Issue & completion dates

The date the certificate was issued and the date the underlying requirements were completed.

04

Current status

Current, revoked, or replaced. A revoked certificate is no longer honoured; a replaced one points at its successor.

05

Tamper-evident response

Each response is signed against a eZine-side verification record so a third party can confirm the response wasn't altered in transit.

Limits

What this page cannot do.

Create a certificate. This is a public verification interface only. eZine's LMS issues, replaces and revokes certificates — no certificate is created inside the marketing site.

Vouch for outside credentials. This service verifies eZine-issued certificates only. If someone presents a certificate not issued by eZine and asks you to verify it here, this page cannot help.

Report on individual performance. A certificate confirms completion. It is not a live report on the learner's business — for that, the person's Business Progress Record inside their own Study Desk is authoritative.
