No email after five minutes? Staff whose work email has no inbox can get a one-time code from their supervisor instead.
Resetting your Mytre Desk password and using Mytre Mail? The link can go to your Mytre Mail inbox instead. Enter your email above, then:
Ask your supervisor for a code
Enter the email you sign in with. Your supervisor will be asked to give you a one-time reset code. They will check it is really you first, by phone or in person.
Once your supervisor gives you the code:
Enter your reset code
Type the email you sign in with and the code your supervisor gave you. The code works once. Use it straight away: it stops working within the hour.
Set a new password
Enter a new password for your eZine account. This replaces your old one immediately.
