These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AI Tutor (operator of Ezine; "Ezine," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Ezine adaptive learning platform at ezinelearning.com and related applications (the "Service"). By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01 Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account for yourself. Children may use the Service only through a family plan created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register — including, where required, a valid phone number — and to keep it up to date.
- Account security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- One person per account. Accounts are personal to you (or, for a family plan, to the managing parent/guardian and the learners they add). Do not share your login or transfer your account without our permission.
02 The Service
Ezine provides an AI tutor, structured curricula, diagnostics, progress tracking, and related learning features. The Service — including its content, curricula, and AI outputs — is provided for educational purposes and is generated in part by automated systems, which can occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, or as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions.
03 Phone number & messaging consent
Some account types — including free accounts — ask for a phone number so we can operate and secure your account and, where you consent, communicate with you.
- Service & transactional messages. We may send account, security, and service messages related to your use of Ezine. These are part of providing the Service.
- Promotional WhatsApp/SMS. If you opt in, we may send educational and promotional messages by WhatsApp and/or SMS to the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.
- Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw consent or opt out of promotional messages at any time from your account settings, without affecting your ability to use the Service for essential, service-related communications. We record when consent is given or withdrawn.
- Accurate number. You confirm that any phone number you provide is yours or that you are authorized to use it, and that it is not assigned to another Ezine account.

04 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, or to harass, exploit, or endanger any person, including minors;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without permission;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, introduce malware, or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its content, or use it to build a competing product or to train other models, except as expressly permitted;
- misrepresent your identity, provide a phone number you are not authorized to use, or send unlawful or unsolicited communications through the Service.
05 Your content
You retain ownership of the questions, materials, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and use Your Content as needed to operate and improve the Service and to provide the features you request (for example, sending your tutoring questions to the AI provider that generates a response). You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to submit it. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for learning.
06 Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, curricula, and branding, is owned by AI Tutor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own learning (and, for a family plan, for the learners you manage). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
07 Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
- Free and paid plans. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription. Prices and features may vary by region and may change over time.
- Renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. Payment is handled by our payment processors; by subscribing you authorize the recurring charge for the plan you select.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for where required.
08 Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
09 Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. Your use of the Service is at your own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Tutor and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Tutor and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12 Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
13 Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AI Tutor's principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law applies to you. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
