Before you start the trial.
Am I charged during the free trial?
No. A small refundable authorisation may be placed on your card to confirm it works — the amount is released, not captured. You're only charged the monthly subscription after the trial ends and you haven't cancelled.
How do I cancel?
From your Study Desk, at any time. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged. Cancel after and the subscription runs to the end of the paid period.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of your first paid month if you haven't started lessons. After lessons have started, we don't offer time-based refunds because the material was delivered.
Do you accept Nigerian bank transfer?
Yes — manual bank transfer is available for Nigeria on request. Paystack, Monnify and Flutterwave handle NGN cards and transfers automatically. Elsewhere in Africa we route through Paystack in GHS, KES and ZAR.
Why does my region show a different price?
Fair-across-regions pricing: the same platform costs less where local incomes are lower. The country you choose for your studies never changes what you pay — the country at checkout does. You can override the region picker if the auto-detection guesses wrong.
Can I switch tracks later?
Yes. Academy, Professional, Trades and Ministry are separate subscriptions on one eZine account. You can add or remove any of them from your billing settings.
Is a certificate recognised somewhere?
eZine issues its own verifiable completion certificates. We do not use terms like "accredited" or "university" unless the exact claim has been independently confirmed for a specific jurisdiction and programme. Verify any certificate at the public verification page.
