eZine School of Trades & Business

You already have the skill. Now build the business.

Practical lessons, business systems, personalized guidance and step-by-step support to start stronger, earn more consistently, and build something that can grow beyond you — whether you run a workshop, a market stall, a service, a farm, or a first idea.

You are not alone

The skill is there. What's missing is the business around it.

Most tradespeople, service providers and small-business owners we speak to run into the same walls — pricing that guesses, money that mixes with personal money, customers who come by chance, records that live in a notebook, and a business that stops the moment the owner steps away. None of that means the trade is wrong. It means the system around it hasn't been built yet.

No income guarantees. eZine provides education, systems, tools and guidance — results also depend on execution, market conditions, capital, timing and other factors.

Why eZine

A school built around your business, not the other way around.

Not a video catalogue. Not a coaching subscription. A practical school that diagnoses where you are, teaches what you need now, and reviews the decisions you make in your actual business.

vs. university

Practical, stage-specific

Theory that stays close to the decisions you have to make this month — not separated from the work.

vs. vocational

The business, not just the trade

Trade context plus pricing, sales, finance, systems and growth — the parts a workshop never taught you.

vs. marketplaces

Guided implementation

Diagnostic pathway, action plans, mentor review and accountability — not videos and a certificate.

vs. coaches

Accessible, structured

Structured guidance you can actually afford, with a clear escalation to human professionals when it matters.

vs. gurus

Responsible claims

Practical systems and verifiable outcomes. No screenshots of Lamborghinis. No promises we won't stand behind.

vs. workshops

Continuous, not one-time

Learning, implementation, measurement and follow-up — the day after the workshop is when it usually matters most.

The eZine Business Transformation System

Seven stages, one direction of travel.

Every learner moves through the same seven stages, tailored to their business, industry and stage. The public site introduces the method; the actual work happens inside your Study Desk after enrollment.

Diagnose

Understand you, your business, your context and what you have to work with.

Design

A pathway built around your stage and priorities — not a generic curriculum.

Learn

Practical lessons in accessible formats, with local examples that make sense.

Apply

Templates, exercises, calculators, plans and implementation tasks — the work, not just the ideas.

Review

Mentor feedback on the decisions you make, with escalation to professionals when the risk warrants it.

Improve

Progress reviews, blockers, experiments and next-best actions based on what actually happened.

Grow

Customers, systems, staff, funding, locations or franchising — prepared responsibly, at the right time.

Transformation

What the change actually looks like.

These are patterns we see, not promises. Your version of "with eZine" depends on which stages you complete and what you implement in your business.

Before

  • Prices are guessed
  • Personal and business money are mixed
  • Customers arrive by chance or referral
  • Everything depends on the owner
  • Sales are inconsistent
  • No customer database exists
  • Staff expectations are unclear
  • Growth is accidental
  • Performance cannot be demonstrated
  • A valuable skill remains informal

With eZine

  • Cost, margin and profit inform pricing
  • Finances are separated and recorded
  • Repeatable acquisition and follow-up channels exist
  • Processes are documented and delegated
  • A sales routine and pipeline are followed
  • Customers and follow-up are organized
  • Roles, standards and accountability are defined
  • A stage-appropriate roadmap guides decisions
  • Records support decisions and funding conversations
  • The skill becomes a credible business offering

Programs

Sixteen programs, sequenced to your business.

Business Foundations, Starting a Business, Sales, Marketing, Financial Management, Pricing, Customer Service, Operations, Inventory, Digital Business, Social Media, Hiring, Systems & Automation, Funding Readiness, Registration & Formalization, Leadership & Growth. Individual program pages ship with the next slice; today they are all available inside the Study Desk.

Industries

Content that speaks your industry, not "small business" in general.

Agriculture, poultry, fashion, catering, automotive, construction, plumbing, welding, tech repair, logistics, cleaning, photography, retail, ecommerce, real estate, manufacturing and more — each with the sales, pricing, quality and staffing questions that actually apply. Dedicated industry pages arrive with the next slice.

AI Business Mentor

A mentor that reads your plan, not just your prompt.

Inside your Study Desk, the mentor uses your industry, stage, location, goals and previous actions to review your decisions, name assumptions, explain tradeoffs and recommend a next-best action. High-risk questions — legal, tax, regulated financial, health — are escalated to qualified professionals rather than answered from thin air.

For organizations

Cohorts, reporting and a curriculum your people will actually finish.

Schools and universities, NGOs, government workforce programs, churches, cooperatives, employers, banks and foundations enroll groups, appoint facilitators and receive participation and outcome reporting on the same Study Desk individual learners use.

Common questions

A few answers before you start.

Do I need to already own a business?

No. eZine works for aspiring entrepreneurs, tradespeople, existing owners and side-business builders. The Study Desk asks a short set of questions and builds a curriculum around where you are today.

Is this only for Nigeria?

The launch is grounded in Nigerian commercial reality, but the architecture is global. Pricing shows in your local currency, and country-specific content is dated and reviewed rather than generic.

What languages will be supported?

English at launch, with Nigerian Pidgin, Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa rolling out through the same reviewer pipeline the LMS already uses. Translated pages ship as they clear review — no half-translated content.

Is the certificate recognized somewhere?

eZine issues its own verifiable completion certificates. We do not use terms like "accredited" or "university" unless the exact claim has been independently confirmed for a specific jurisdiction and program. Verify any certificate at the public verification page.

What actually happens after I start the trial?

You land in the Study Desk. A short diagnostic sets your baseline. Your first program, first lesson, first action task and mentor session are available immediately. Nothing depends on waiting for a cohort start date.

Start with the free trial. Decide from what you see.

Forty-eight hours inside the Study Desk — programs, mentor, tools, action plan. Come out with a real first action for your business, whether you subscribe or not.
